December 2005 monthly update :-

a) CSS Client
system support & project planning
- complete hardware and software checking and hardware upgrade
- CCTV & VPN re-configured and tested OK , prepare documentation .
- Intranet hardware and software testing and plan to roll out Intranet by this month
- hardware and software planning at JB for VPN and Intranet briefing by end of december

b) YHS Client
Lotus Domino 6.5 and Network health Check Update
- Troubleshooting and complete Lotus Domino Server for JB / Shah Alam / PJ
- Training for administrator provided with user documentation
- proposed backup planning and disaster recovery plan
- Network health Check with proper report for Ipoh / JB / Shah Alam / PJ
- recommended solution preparation

c) Peter Chong & Co
System Support & Mail migration planning
- Troubleshooting PCs and Mail Server ( tracking email file size too big and house keeping required )
- Supply hardware and software with setup and configuration
- proposed & plan for mail migration for NTT Data center in January 2006 ( targeted date )
- work on web solutions on 2 corporate client

d) SeeKwong
System Support & Mail Server workflow solution
- troubleshooting and server setup for file and mail server & account software migration
- plan and perform backup strategy and UPS system
- Follow up with beta version of new email work flow system with Eric / Chan

e) Amat Sinar
System Support & Networking & Accounting software and Internet connectivity
- Perform system support for 3 location ( wangsa maju , Rawang , Rasa )
- site visit for cabling and network planning for sales office and factory
- preparation of full proposal consist of PCS , Server , Network , Maintenance , Internet connectivity , software system for Accounting , inventory .

f) Rich Product
System Support & VPN and AT&T Global dialer connectivity
- check and perform backup actitivity testing for server
- check AT&T Global Dialer issue with IT helpdesk in US and China
- Check VPN connection between suzhou and Malaysia but user laptop had problem in VPN connection using dial-up modem only but not the office network. Check with IT Helpdesk in Suzhou .
- Suport Singapore user ( William ) for VPN and Outlook .

Web design solution & Mail hosting
- follow up cmmachinery , duraset , james aries , qtalk , orange events , av solution website
Wireless networking project
- Follow up wireless networking solution for MOE ( Wisma Tani at Putrajaya ) with Ragu
- Follow up wireless networking ( with booster ) for Dr Tan at Damansara Height
- Follow up wireless networking for Mr Mah in January 2006
Streamyx application process
- follow up 2 streamyx application for time broadcast & mail2u client
- Completed streamyx application for Karim with installattion done
VPN & Firewall Solution
- Proposed SHTH , Puchong IOI Mall client on VPN solution
- Proposed Firewall & VPN solution for spfood & sciegate client
Mail Server
- perform installation setup and troubleshooting for Linux File Server for Orange Event
- Training will be provided to key user in January 2006
- Troubelshooting and re-configured public fixed IP broadband line with new ADSL modem and Router for NRS HQ.
Training
- Perform Excel 2003 training for CNCA corporate client with some sample assignment and guideline
